During our ongoing investigation, we confirmed that some accounts that should have been inactive were in an active state.
In response, to prevent unauthorized use, we will temporarily deactivate all WASABI SWITCH accounts as follows.

We apologize for the short notice and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Date and time

Friday, October 16, 2026, 18:00
Duration: about 1 minute

What will be done

All accounts registered in WASABI SWITCH will be deactivated.
Even after deactivation, you can continue working until you log out. However, once you log out, you will not be able to log in again.

■ Steps to resume

1. After deactivation, tell our support team one account you would like to reactivate.
2. We will reactivate the account you told us.
3. Log in with the reactivated account and change its password first.
4. Change only the other accounts you need from inactive to active.
5. Please change the password of each account you reactivate as well.

* We recommend leaving accounts you are not currently using, or do not need, inactive.
* When reactivating, please also check that no accounts that are not supposed to be active are included. If you find an account you do not recognize, please let our support team know.
* As we expect to be contacted by many stores, we will respond in the order received. It may take some time; thank you for your understanding.

We will continue our investigation and countermeasures and will report new information in a follow-up as soon as it becomes available.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
