[Important] Suspension of the SpeedPAK and Luxclusif integrations

To stores using WASABI SWITCH
Thank you for always using WASABI SWITCH.
We deeply apologize that the information leak due to unauthorized access has caused major disruption to stores' daily operations.
For the background and the status of our response, please see our previous notices under "Related notices" at the bottom of this page.
As a result of this incident, the integrations with SpeedPAK and Luxclusif have also been suspended. We report the current status below.
SpeedPAK integration
- Suspended: around 1:00 a.m., Saturday, October 17, 2026
- Expected to resume: around Monday, October 19
Luxclusif integration
- Suspended: around 11:43 p.m., Friday, October 16, 2026
- Expected to resume: not yet determined
- Scope: all integrations
What we ask of stores
While the integrations are suspended, please work directly in each service's admin screen.
On Luxclusif in particular, please take care to adjust inventory so that items sold on other marketplaces do not remain on sale.

We will let you know if the expected resumption dates or the status of any integration change.
