Important[Important] Warning about suspicious emails
Thank you for using our service, WASABI SWITCH.
We have received reports from stores using WASABI SWITCH that suspicious emails are being sent to their customers.
We are confirming the facts and investigating the cause and the scope of impact.
At this time, the sending route and the cause of these emails have not been identified, and we are still checking whether any information was leaked from our service.
What happened
Today, Thursday, October 15, stores informed us that suspicious emails were being sent to their customers.
The emails contain information about actual orders (order date and time, item name, amount, delivery address, etc.).
They then claim that "the item is out of stock, so a refund will be processed" and urge recipients to contact a LINE account.
The sender is a free email address that has nothing to do with the stores.

Our next steps
We are continuing to investigate the cause and the scope of impact of this matter.
If we confirm any new information that should be shared, we will let you know.
We apologize to stores and customers for the concern this has caused.
We will continue our investigation and response to ensure everyone's safety and prevent damage.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
