Findings confirmed to date
The entry routes were blocked by 8:30 p.m. Japan time on October 18, 2026.
Based on the external specialist investigation, WASABI reproduced the identified acquisition conditions in the database and checked affected records. Individual notices to stores were completed on October 25. The affected information and counts differ by store.
Ongoing verification and support
WASABI is currently conducting penetration testing to assess security against simulated real-world attacks. We will use the findings to make necessary improvements and carry out further checks. Service resumption information will be announced once confirmed.
We continue to verify whether individual customers are affected, respond to inquiries and check additional information. Individual affected records are not published here; inquiries are checked against the reports provided to stores.
